About us

Spa Natural sees itself as an innovative company with the mission of bringing wellness into homes worldwide. In addition to focusing on design and quality, our goal is to become the leading company in sustainability for outdoor hot tubs. We have a few arrows in our quiver that we will reveal to the industry at the right time.

Being a technical pioneer also means taking responsibility for the environment, and we have earned our advantage. Staying ahead of the curve means being “green” now more than ever. We are committed to carbon-free production, 100% recyclability, and, whenever possible, relying exclusively on renewable energy. This is the vision that Spa Natural proudly upholds.

Our Values and Purpose

At Spa Natural, our purpose is clear: We believe that everyone deserves a little wellness at home. That’s why we’ve set our sights on becoming the world’s largest provider in the private spa segment, bringing a touch of relaxation to every household.

To achieve this vision, we’ve established a clear mission. We aim to be the provider with the most extensive spa range and the highest customer satisfaction. For us, our customers are always at the center of everything we do. We’ve moved away from a sales-oriented approach and instead focus on a customer-oriented strategy.

At Spa Natural, we value, challenge, and support our employees. We believe that our success is closely tied to the success and well-being of our employees. Therefore, we place great importance on creating a work environment characterized by respect and support. Only in this way can we strive for and achieve excellent, sustainable economic success. Our values are the foundation upon which Spa Natural is built.

How It All Began

It all started in September 2010 for Christian Klotzky, who, while studying business administration and being half Dutch, worked for a Dutch hot tub manufacturer. During this time, Christian quickly developed leadership skills and expanded the marketing efforts beyond the Benelux region. His knowledge of the “outdoor living market” grew, and he gained expertise not only in outdoor hot tubs and swim spas but also in saunas, garden sheds, swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor furniture.

Although Christian enthusiastically worked on the development and marketing of various outdoor hot tub manufacturers, he also got to know many people in the industry and came to appreciate their unique skills. The impetus for founding his own company eventually came from a manufacturer of a chlorine-free water treatment system, known as silver-copper ionization. Since this and many other innovations did not gain traction in the Netherlands, Christian decided to venture into self-employment.
